DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely - if ordering from outside the UK please email us first at [email protected] to arrange shipping outside the UK.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We aim to make placing an order as easy as possible:

  1. Find the item you want to purchase.
  2. Select the size you want.
  3. Click Add to cart.
  4. Click on your shopping cart or go directly to the checkout and fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.

We’ll get your items to you as soon as we can!

Delivery Information

All orders are despatched from our premises located in Preston, England.

UK - UK EXPRESS SHIPPING 24-48 Hour

Europe - Delivered within 5-10 days (excluding weekends/bank holidays)

Rest Of World - Delivered within 7-14 days (excluding weekends/bank holidays)

 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If there is a problem with your item or order please:

1. Email us - [email protected] with the issue

2. Fill out the returns document included in your order (this is not a pre-paid label, please pay the postage costs)

3. Post your item back to us and we’ll refund the cost of your item (to replace the item please place a new order)

 

Please note: we only offer refunds & not exchange of items.

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't left our premises and we’re notified in time then we can change the address. Please email us with new address details here - [email protected] with 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' in the email subject. 

If the item has left our premises, we unfortunately cannot change your delivery address.

 

WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED?

All item restock news will be posted on our social media sites. 

If an item sells out it may be gone forever so don’t wait around! 

 

CURRENCIES

We can only accept payment in GBP £ - all orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and automatically deduct the correct amount from your bank account in your local currency. 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. If there's a mix up with your order please email us here - [email protected] and we will organise exchange & replacement. 

 

ITEMS BOUGHT AT A SHOW

Our online store is ran completely separate to the merchandise you find at shows. Both are owned by the band but to avoid confusion and due to some venue arrangements, contracts and commitments we are unable to offer any refunds/exchanges. All show merchandise sales are final, however if you have received a faulty item please contact our team who will do their best to help you. 

 

CAN I DESIGN FOR VICES?

Everything you see on the VICES Store is designed by the band. However we are always happy to see your designs and will always consider them for the store. Anyone wishing to share their designs with us, must have an (up to date) online portfolio, which can be linked with the potential designs attached in an email to [email protected]

 

IS THERE A VICES FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, ETC?

You can keep up to date with the latest VICES news on all social media channels for shows, news and merch restocks.

 

HOW LONG HAS THE BRAND BEEN GOING?

VICES formed in 2022 & have always independently ran their merchandise store.
